**VICTREX PC™ PEEK SERIES**
**VICTREX PC™ 101:** This variant is the standard, high-purity pharmaceutical-grade PEEK polymer. As an unfilled, biocompatible thermoplastic, it contains no additional fibers or reinforcing agents, offering optimal chemical resistance, purity (minimal extractables), along with good ductility and toughness.
**VICTREX PC™ 101 WH:** Using the same high-purity base polymers as PC™ 101, this variant incorporates a specialized white pigment. This addition serves aesthetic purposes, enhances visibility in specific applications, or aids in color-coding components.
**VICTREX PC™ 140 CPD:** This grade features around 30% carbon fiber reinforcement, which dramatically enhances its mechanical strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability (decreased thermal expansion). It is intended for applications where high structural integrity and rigidity are essential, albeit with the trade-off of a darker color due to the carbon fiber.
**APTIV PC™ FILM:** This version presents PEEK in a flexible film format. It retains all core PEEK properties (high temperature resistance, chemical stability, and electrical insulation) but is offered in a thin gauge. Typical applications include flexible circuits, diaphragms, or seals for drug delivery or monitoring devices.
