VICTREX PC PEEK RANGE 

VICTREX PC 101 : This is the standard, high-purity pharmaceutical-grade PEEK. "Unfilled" means it has no added fibers or reinforcing agents, giving it excellent chemical resistance, purity (minimal extractables), and good ductility/toughness.

VICTREX PC 101WH : This is the same high-purity base polymer as PC 101, but a white pigment has been added. This is often done for aesthetic reasons, for visibility in certain applications, or for color-coding components.

VICTREX PC 140 CPD : This grade contains carbon fiber reinforcement (typically 30%) to significantly increase its mechanical strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability (lower thermal expansion). It is used for parts that require high structural integrity and rigidity, although the black color from the carbon fiber is a trade-off.

APTIV PC FILM : This is PEEK in a flexible film format. It carries all the core properties of PEEK (high temperature, chemical resistance, electrical insulation) but in a thin gauge. Applications include flexible circuits, diaphragms, or seals in drug delivery or monitoring devices.
